The Joomla Project is pleased to announce the immediate availability of Joomla 3.0.3

This release includes 3 security fixes, 2 new feature, and 136 tracker issues fixed.

Joomla 3.0.x uses Twitter Bootstrap to become the first any major CMS to be mobile device friendly out-of-the-box. It also adds PostgreSQL database support in addition to the existing MySQL and MSSQL support.

This is a short term release intended for early adopters. Most users with existing Joomla 2.5.x websites will wait for the next long term release Joomla 3.5 in March 2014 before upgrading.
