   Read the outline of the purpose of the JUG.
   "All over the world Joomla! users enjoy meeting in person. Together they learn more about Joomla!, host Joomla! events, and have fun contributing to the Joomla! Project in various ways. Local Joomla! User Groups (JUG) are a great way to meet new people, get help with a project, or share your own knowledge with other Joomla! users."
