The next meeting of the Canberra Joomla User Group is Tuesday 5th July, 6:30-8pm at The Front Cafe on Lyneham.
On the agenda will be discussion about a possible change of venue for our meetings to the Southern Cross Club in Woden. A few people I've discussed it with seem to think it is a good idea.
Benefits:
- Free wifi
- Plenty of space for growth of the group
- Meals and other refreshments available
- It is a publicly accessible location (as distinct from a private residence - which we tried at one point)
- Convenient for those on the south side
Another thing to discuss is people's progress in using Joomla 1.6.
