I look after a site for a footy club. The idea they have this year is to have access granted to the coaches so that they can add their teams match reports. I know that if I grant them Publisher Access that they then have access to change any content.
I have looked into Author access and it seems to be what I would like except for....
I made myself an Author to test it out. I log in and then submit some content. I then look at my submission and approve it. What I would like is for that content to appear on the bottom on the page it was submitted to.
So, I have a Match Report page. Each Author logs in and submits their individual teams match report. I then read and ensure it is all OK and approve and publish the submission. That then appears on the Match Report page all one under the other.
What happens with the test I am doing is that I CAN view it on the relevant page, but I have click the <Prev link at the bottom of the page to see it.
Does this make sense? I have asked the same question on the Joomla forum but have not had much luck. Can someone much smarter than I please assist me? Is it possible, am I doing something wrong???
