I'd like to learn how to create a Joomla template from a self designed PSD file. Is this a simple procedure. What skills are required. I come from a design background and have had exposure to Joomla but Dreamweaver to a limited extent. Any help or advice much appreciated.

I might be able to help you out if you are in/near Sydney. I seem to be teaching a lot of people to do this at the moment, including another Joomla designer/newbie.
It's not really a trivial thing to do, and it would help if you have some CSS and HTML skills already. Do you?

I can edit the CSS files and adjust the template designs but I wouldn't say Im all that good in HTML. I'm not in Sydney, I'm on the Sunshine Coast in Qld. Will be in Syd next month.
