I'm trying to find a plugin/module that can generate a lightbox from a thumbnail image loaded in a module position ?

I've tried using Simple Image Gallery which worked great if used in an article, but wouldn't work if placed in a module position ?

I have a few modules with text and a thumbnail, I'd like for the user to be able to click the thumbnail and then see a larger image. Ideally in a lightbox format, rather than generating a new page.

Any suggestions ?

I have been playing around with the MorpheoShow plugin ov er the past few days and I believe it will do exactly what you want. The plugin was very easy to setup and has a number ways the images can be displayed.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm already using the MorfeoShow image gallery and have found that it's a little harder than you might think to get a decent output.

Part of the config requires you to go back to the underlying code used to develop the Joomla module, and support for this through the MorfeoShow forums is pretty patchy (I've not had any replies to my forum posts, but that could me just me )

To achieve my goal of generating a lightbox from a thumbnail image loaded in a module position, I used the simple JCE Utilities plugin. Simple to install/setup and works as required.

As I've seen with MorfeoShow it's much more a "full-blown" Gallery. That said I'm removing it from one of my sites and going back to RSGallery.

If you meant the portfolio for 'Magnetic' Websites then I'm just using the JCE (editor) Image Plugin - you can get it from the JCE site.

Quite easy to setup esp if you're already using their editor.

Of course you might be referring to a site Grant did with the word magnetic in it ? In which case I'll let him respond.
