At the last Joomla group meeting I think Pete (correct me if I'm wrong) wondered how others had compared Joomla to other CMS systems. Most of us admitted that we all love Joomla too much to spend time looking at any others.

I was just reading an article on a blog about it and there's a link to a 29 page document written by 3 students who researched and compared Joomla and Drupal. Personally I love Joomla too much to spend my time reading all 29 pages but some of you might want to delve into it...

Thx Jen. Yes, I've seen a few comparisons, but nothing that detailed. Also comparisions between Joomla and Wordpress. 29 pages is a bit daunting for a Joomla fan!
There's also quite a good study at waterandstone.com on the trends and metrics of Drupal vv Joomla vv Wordpress but annoyingly I have now lost the link.
