I've become a little wary of Magento since they announced the enterprise version Dex. I wonder if the free version will continue to have development.

Exciting Stuff - Although I haven't yet been able to get Magento runnign well on a shared server. Supposedly because it is "resource hungry" - have you any thoughts / experience on this Dex?

RR - My understanding was that both versions would continue... Hope so! Eeek! Otherwise a lot of people will be walking away, huh?

JLJ - not had difficulties myself, but then we're not on shared hosting...what is your experience? Slow? Or just greedy?
