Hi Joomla users

I want to remove the "Main Menu" from the page. As you will see with the image I would like to have the buttons that I have created displaying on the left hand side. I dont want the Main Menu or the Home link and want to remove it.

Any help would be appreciated.

do you mean you want to keep the top menu and don't want to display the 'main' menu section on the frontpage?

edit: me and my big mouth/typing finger/whatever...

you don't want to display the top menu section either, right?

could your buttons could be the skin on each menu item? i'm not sure overlaying menu items is possible.

you may need to alter your template instead to effect the buttons you've created.

i've never attempted that in joomla [css]

or you could use this: ninja menu thingy

Thanks very much for your help. The plug in works but because I was in the Module Manager that allowed me to dissable the main menu just using the default Menu so that is all I wanted (to remove the main menu).
