I could ask a bunch of questions...
What I really need is a phone session or face to face (preferred).
Someone in Sydney who is something of an old hand, or anywhere in Oz if a phone session ( I have a good phone deal with Optus). I could pay cash or Paypal if by phone. I build sites, Dreamweaver/tables :o) (v basic css), and know enough about Joomla now to cause trouble if left alone with it.
My need is urgent.
One example, could not establish, Super Admin, Googled, followed directions on a site by using phpMYadmin. Success. After logging on as Super Admin I see in User manager a tick under logged in as super Admin. Yet, while i can set up a user in the manager group If try put them in as Administrator I get "You cannot create a User with this User Group level. Only Super Administrators have this ability." Yet I am logged in as Super Admin.
