I've got a potential client who wants a very special competition on his site.

He has over 100 users and he will be asking them to vote for footy players from different teams who they think might be the player of the year.
Once they have voted, they cannot change their vote until half-way through the season - and at that point only they can make 3 changes to the 16 players they have voted for.
