My cycling club's website was recently established with a Joomla framework, and a fairly basic template:

Our webmaster is handling basic content uploading, but doesn't have the confidence to handle more creative requirements that we have such as forum, online race entries and a few other things.
Since we are a not-for-profit, we are looking for a competent developer who would be able to help us periodically (and quite a bit initially) with some of the bigger tasks - for a modest but realistic fee.
