I designed the original Joomla Melbourne User Group site (along with lots of enterprise grade sites in and out of FLOSS). I've still got a swag of clientele in Melbourne and I'm continually picking up more.

so the real question is budget. Turnaround isn't an issue - my quickest turnaround was brief to live site in 3 days (coding hours maybe 5 in total).

What are you expecting for your 'reasonableness' ?

I work as the only web designer for a small marketing company and, as I am not a programmer (go figure), I take too long stuffing around making the templates look the way they need to look. How long do you think it would take you to create/modify a template to match a static mock-up as close as possible and what is your hourly rate.
As I said we are very busy and there could be fairly regular work for you.
