Just wondering if there is a logo for the Australian Joomla! Community?

No - we've had a few gos at it, even ran a competition once, but never came up with anything satisfactory.
We've just got the state ones so far.

Peter, we tossed around a few ideas for MJUG (equally applicable to AJC) here but it hasn't come to anything (yet).

Ah ok, always wondered about that. I remember seeing a Kangaroo somewhere but I might be mistaken or dreamt it.

The kangaroo was for the stillborn Australian Joomla Conference in Melbourne. I think it might have been Tim who came up with it.

I've still got the artwork if you want to use it (or a modified version). My only concern is the association with the doomed conference. Perhaps we can still use the Kangaroo or some elements. Do you want me to ask my design team to come up with something?
