OK - an awesome responsive template site is bostonglobe.com/

I love the way their menu is not only responsive, but when you hover over the last two items in the wide top menu, the submenu (like the ja mega-menu sub-items) still stay visible.

Any thoughts on how one would achieve this? I am looking at seeing if I can add this into a fork of the oneweb template.
