My brother is trying to switch me to Ruby on Rails, but I'm yet to be convinced. This might be what we're looking for to satisfy us both.

This meeting is going to be a cracker and we look forward to welcoming all our new members from JoomlaDay Sydney and CeBIT. Everyone welcome, newbies to gurus, students to designers, end users to techies. It's a very friendly group, so drop by to meet people, chat and ask your curly (or easy!) questions.

Thanks Matt for a very interesting presentation last night on his new component Joomla! on Rails. For those of you who were there (big turnout!) Matt will post a video demo of his product on this site later, due to ..ahem..technical hitches at the meeting.
