I am a newbie to Joomla, I did try it once and I am now back to give it another go.

Have built several html site which all seem to work and rank well.

I now want to learn how to use Joomla to build a few directories using it.

And hopeful get some advice from the community.

Regards
John (aka group)

Have a quick look at Sobi2 and MosetTree.

This site uses Sobi2 for the professionals directory.
I also use it on one of my websites, www.austconserv.com

Prob the easiest way to go as its pretty much a directory set up out of the box.

You're in the right place for Joomla help.
